Shirley & The Shotguns

Shirley and the Shotguns is a four-piece band from East London. Their music is catchy, quirky and original, raucous now and then, occasionally melancholy, and always with a twinkle in its eye. It is usually difficult to get their tunes out of your head next morning in the shower.

They proudly wear their Eastern ‘Capes’ and are proud of this special part of SA.

The band comprises Andrew Mogridge on vocals and sometimes guitar, Themi Cooras on guitar, Cheryl Minkley on bass and keys, and Greg Wild on drums.

Their CD was recorded live and old school in their bandroom. The band is excited to play their brand of Eastern Cape music to friends old and new.
