A member of the human race, a third generation South African, born in Pretoria, Jonty G resides in KZN.
Private school educated (I’m sure you won’t hold that against him), with a degree in making bad relationship choices.
Jonty grew up in amongst a theatrical/musical crowd. At Wits a whole new world opened up, sadly not academically but sport, music and girls. He grew up on a diet of LM radio whilest in the army and before that was an all Springbok radio kid.
Then he discovered Hillbrow Record Bar, bought a car put in a 40w speaker system and a sunroof and then the gloves were off.
